What happens if I upgrade mid-month?

The new plan is live the moment you pay. We charge for the remaining days only and credit the unused part of your old plan — upgrading on day 19 of a 30-day cycle costs 11/30 of the difference.

They take effect at the start of your next cycle. You keep the higher limits until then and no refund is issued. If your usage exceeds the lower plan, we tell you exactly what to reduce first.

My subscription expired — can I still change plan?

Yes. The workspace goes read-only for 30 days and nothing is deleted. Pick any plan, higher or lower; a fresh cycle starts the day you pay, with no back-charge for the lapsed days.

Enter the code in the summary before checkout. Percentage codes apply to the plan and modules for the stated number of cycles; a code cannot be stacked with another and never applies to metered usage or VAT.

What about call minutes, SMS and AI?

Metered and billed in arrears on the next invoice at published per-unit rates. Every plan includes an allowance, and you can cap spending per workspace.
